Residential equipment

All of the furnaces are manufactured by ICP. The furnaces have a 10 year part warranty and a 20 year heat exchanger warranty. 

All of the air conditioning units are made by ICP outside of the side discharge units. They carry the traditional 10 year part warranty. 

We do not install the traditional heat pumps. We want higher efficiency with maximum savings for our customer. These are made by Midea.
